I don't deserve this

I am a Basset Hound

a proud, noble beast
bred to track small game

Like the treat dispensers I live with
this treat dispenser did a not nice thing to me today

It wasn't my fault that I knocked him over

twice

I had to go

had to go potty

I had to hold it ALL DAY

and My Person was late getting home

My Person was mad at me

and so was the treat dispenser

he chased me down and bit my back leg

it hurt!

he didn't let go!

I cried and cried

My Person laughed and laughed

treat dispensers aren't supposed to bite me

and My Person shouldn't laugh at me when I'm in distress
